Join me Nakiami. With your power and my balloon animal we shall be unstoppable.
I couldn’t take Zeygend seriously at all. What with his purple nose and gaudy headband he looks like he’s in the circus. It was pretty obvious that Nakiami was never going to join him, not even after he tried to wine and dine her. Hint: when somebody tells you that your meal is not made out of human meat you should assume it is and excuse yourself ASAP. Unless you like that kind of thing…
The dinner conversation was somewhat important, though. We learned that the person controlling Tessik is a woman called Kujireika who plans to retake the Holy Land. Holy Land may refer to the Tessik homeland which, if you remember, they lost somehow. Perhaps it’s been taken over by a different faction though that’s not clear right now. Whatever the case, Kujireika believes that causing world chaos is a spiritual mandate from Sannova. With any luck she’s batshit insane and we can look forward to her causing mayhem and panic in the streets.
The funniest part of this episode was without a doubt Akushiba chasing after the mail delivery truck with Akiyuki’s letter in hand.
Akushiba the Bullet or Bakashiba? You decide.
I guess his letter to Haru is a break up letter.
I love this guy. I propose that they create a spin off show about Akushiba the fastest mailman in the world and aspiring super hero. Ishu can be in it too, recast as a pirate captain searching for a lost letter that details the whereabouts of her missing treasure clothes.
Is it even fanservice if her towel is covering more skin than her normal outfit?
Things were a little more exciting over on Sentan Island what with Shidara, the girl who lost all her family, being turned into a Humanform by Dr. Kanba. Kakisu is turning out to be a very interesting character too. He’s neither a villain nor a good guy and it’ll probably never be that black and white. Kanba believes that they’ll be remembered as bastards anyway so he might as well let the ends justify the means but it remains to be seen if Kakisu will accept this way of thinking. If experimenting on depressed high school girls is just the beginning I can’t wait to see what vile scheme Kanba hatches next.
It’s like something out of Gyo.
This is a really nice shot. I love the irony of the rainbow in the background.
So why was the Humanform only chasing Furuichi? My guess is that he’s infected by the Hiruko. I was starting to wonder why Furuichi was even in the show but if that’s the case he could become quite important. Though I don’t think he’ll even bat an eye when Akiyuki returns as he hardly seems to care about his buddy’s death. Or did Haru tell him Akiyuki is still alive?
Nakiami’s apology letter to Ishu made my heart grow three sizes.
And next episode we can look forward to…
Hell yes, Haru! I knew you could kick ass. Although taking a look at the OP again I noticed something.
Could that be Haru? Fanboys everywhere are going to cry if she cuts her hair.

So that’s what the scientists’ name is. He’s so going to end up being a crazy experiment type of person.
Doesn’t Zeygend’s face just scream out “I am a complete asshole” to you?
Haha. Yes, I forget to mention it but Zeygend makes me want to punch him in the face.
